Fisherman Pants.

Wonderful pants, that's if you know how to wear them.

THE PANTS.
I recently (well, about a month ago) received fisherman pants from my brother-in-law’s mother as a gift from Thailand. They were super cheap so I got lots in many colours- which is awesome J

But, there’s a catch. YOU GOT TO KNOW HOW TO WEAR THEM. I am or almost everyone is used to buying clothes that are their size and are custom fitted for their body shape. This however is not the case for fisherman pants. They’re all “one size fits all” which is great, cause you don’t have to worry about sizes and stuff. But, seriously when I first saw the pants I was like these pants are for Humpty Dumpty. They were HUGE. It was unbelievable!
HUMPTY DUMPTY PANTS- agreed?

I must be seriously challenged in learning things taught to me verbally beacause after many explanations from various family members and friends I still have no idea how to wear them. Well, until I did what any Gen Y person would do when lost in confusion- YOUTUBE it.

Yes, I did indeed Youtubed it. And from a minute or so video I learnt how to wear my 10 or so fisherman pants!

And just to let you know fisherman pants are cooler and more funky than your average tights or tracks!

Most recent post after many months of laziness. Cheers :)

I shall keep you posted.

Millie and Me @ Muck Up Day 2010
Talented. Smart. Funny. Funky. Awesome. Cool. Understanding. Magnificent

Millie Sedlarevic is one of the most amazing girls I know. I'm superly proud of her and her achievements! She is a person who inspires a lot of people and are the envy of most girls (not afraid to admit this myself!) You're never going to know how awesome and sweet she is until you meet her!
I'm doing this blog especially for Millie because starting from tomorrow; Millie will no longer be living in Melbourne. She is moving to Perth to attend one of the greatest performing arts colleges in Australia, WAPA.

Congratulations to Millie and well done! You definitely deserve this because you’re hard working and you never give up!!
Enough of all this mushy stuff... Can’t wait till Steph and I come up to visit you and can’t wait till you come back to your hometown- Melbourne!!

Wish you all the best and you will definitely be missed!!

A tad (maybe heaps!) excited about Uni...

2011... First year UNI!! And a free USB. Love it and love everything!
Why wouldn't anyone be excited about starting first year in  Uni?! I mean if you've been going to an all girl's school for the last 6 years... you would be DAMN right excited!! And if you're 18 and ready to party I'm pretty SURE you would be excited as well!

Walking into RMIT with Millie and Steph (two totally cool girls!) was pretty awesome. No, it wasn't just awesome- its pretty amazing! They had STA TRAVEL, a small but cool APPLE STORE, a massive CAFETERIA and a GYM...  WOW, Can Uni get any better?! Well, its seems so... there are heaps of clubs to join like the Skiing clubs, the chess club, the women's clubs, leadership teams, book clubs and heaps more that I probably haven't discovered yet.

Sweet!!
Thats not it-there's more. The reason why I went to RMIT was to get my student card! WHOOHOOO!! I'm officially a student at RMIT till 2015!! (an applaud to the most awesome/coolest/smartest Chops!) I did not only got a funky plastic card with my face on it, but I also got a student diary and a USB... not sure if they're for free but I was pretty damn excited!

Although I was in and out for about 15 minutes, it was fun and gave me a feeling of what it'll be like in a month of so!

Thats all for now, my fellow netizens!

One more day till 'I become a billionaire'... I wish

Fire crackers and a bit of the Dragon's head!! They were LOUD!!
People everywhere although it was 10'o' clock on a Wednesday night! Yerp, its New Year Eve's in the Lunar Calendar!

If you ever lose me at a temple- find me where the food is!
A late night visit to the temple was definitely fun, yet also peaceful. Plenty of food and plenty of ladies in 'Ao Dai' (traditional Vietnamese wear). Also, shiny red packets filled with greetings and lollies were scattered on tables around the temple (I scored two!).
Red= lucky= $$$
The incense somehow peacefully polluted the place (oxymoron), it was overwhelming yet also relaxing to the body and mind (great place for Yoga!!)

The main arena!
To summarise, we prayed, we played, we ate, we talked and we enjoyed the fire crackers!

I wanted to finish this before 12.00am but I just missed it! DAMN!!

HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR- CHUC MUNG NAM MOI (a bit of Vietnamese for those who love it!)

What's the best thing about Sundays?!

HEHEHEH! "Why the hell is your face green?!" Its called a 'SEAWEED FACIAL MASK' Loved it. And also loving my NYC lonely planet guide! YES, I still have 'Angus, thongs and perfect snogging' and 'Twilight' posters on my wall. It was an obsession- and maybe still is....
What a day I had?! It was approximately 38 degrees outside and I had the best time at home with the air con blowing at its max! No reminisces of what an awesome day I WOULD HAD HAVE  if I had gone to the Australian Open or the Big Day Out.

Let's say today was a productive and relaxing day.

PRODUCTIVE:
1. Did some washing and got a temporary sun tan for stepping into the backyard for just 5 minutes
2. Daily exercise was a bonus with the vacuuming
3. Cleaned the toilet and bathroom (although not fun, I think it needed to be done!)
4. Changed my sheets!! (Whohhoo!! My bed is going to feel brand new tonight!)

RELAXING:
1. Free waxing from Lizzy
2. Had an afternoon nap
3. Read through my 'Discover NEW YORK CITY' (Yeah! Canada and NYC, can't wait to see you in July!!!)
4. Lunch and Dinner was prepared for
5. Special time with my skin! Exfoliation and a facial mask!

LOVE MY LIFE!!
After a week of helping out at the bakery and confusing online enrollment at RMIT. My Sunday was just lovely.

I will be sure that my next blog will not be as mundane as this one. Hope you had just as a lovely Sunday as me!!

Will keep you posted.

Its that time of year... time for lucky red packets! Chinese New Year!

Happy Chinese New Year my fellow netizens (my new favourite word- made from the two words Internet and citizen)! Festivals, delicious Asian food (although mostly fried) and people everywhere is the definitely the way to celebrate the upcoming Lunar New Year! I've just got home from "Cho Tet" on Victoria Street at Richmond and lets just say it was hot hot and my feet are killing me! The food is always the highlight to these festivals! We had beef wrapped in vine leaves, potato twists, banana wrapped in sticky rice with coconut milk, toffee fruits, Hot E (basil seed drink), sugar cane drink, beef jerky, chicken skewers, fried dumplings and lots more!!
ONE of the coolist girls alive- Julie and I
Thinking about the afternoon/night I had I realised that no matter where you go you will always be checking out the people! Let it be because they're the opposite sex, their sense of fashion, what they're eating or who they're hanging out with etc...For whatever reason, I think festivals are one of the best places to do that! I don't mean in a bitchy way, but in a nice and friendly way; like 'oh, I like her dress' or 'he's looking good' or 'I want to eat what she's eating'. Talking to people is what I enjoy the most and small talk is definitely fun!
I'm not going to lie and type it out with a passion and that is- I LOVE FESTIVALS!! They are so much fun especially if you go with a few of your close friends or siblings who love love food and enjoy having fun! Seeing people you haven't seen in while and being introduced to friend's friends gives you a feeling a excitement! I absolutely love the feeling and I'm sure thousands of others do too!
We thought this was pretty awesome :)

Whoohooo! My first post- hoped you enjoyed it and look forward to more!
